How we rate (Trust Score methodology)
Every score on this site comes from the same transparent formula. No gut feeling, no pay-to-rank.
The four factors
We score each operator from 0 to 10 on four weighted factors: Licence at 40 percent, Complaints and reputation at 30 percent, Track record and age at 15 percent, and Transparency at 15 percent. The Trust Score is their weighted average.
Licence (40%)
A verified, active licence from a serious regulator (EMTA, IAUI, UKGC, MGA, PAGCOR, NLRC, a national EU licence) scores high. A Curacao or Anjouan licence scores low because player protection is weak. No licence scores zero.
Complaints and reputation (30%)
We read Trustpilot, AskGamblers, Casino.guru and regulator blacklists. A clean record scores high. Documented payout complaints pull it down. A blacklist entry or fraud signal drops it near zero.
Track record and age (15%)
Years of operation and a stable history raise this factor. A domain registered last year with no history scores low.
Transparency (15%)
Public company name, registration number, address and a verifiable licence entry score high. Hidden ownership and fake WHOIS score low.
Why some sites say review pending
When we cannot yet verify a licence against a register, we do not invent a score. The operator is marked review pending until the check is done.
